Franklin County Clerk of Courts Title Management Specialist - Monday, October 19, 2020

Position: Title Management Specialist

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Hours: 40

Description: "Provides assistance and informational services to customers, in person or by telephone, regarding the issuance and transfer of vehicle title documents, verification of legal documents submitted by customers, processing transactions, and determining authenticity of documentation, and reviews document and determines if sufficient evidence is presented in order to issue a Certificate of Title. Reviews and approves all electronic titling documents. Performs a variety of clerical tasks in order to assist with the efficient operation of the office.

JR Wheel Production Operator - Monday, October 19, 2020

Position: Production Operator

Compensation: The starting pay for 1st shift is $10 and 2nd / 3rd $10.25 (Plus weekly incentives in our machine department).  We have in place a Covid-19 Overtime program, which pays out double time for all hours worked over 40.  Example  REGUALR RATE $10 X 40 HOURS = $400.00 OVERTIME RATE $20 X 30 HOURS = $600.00 GROSS CHECK BEFORE DEDUCTIONS $1000.00

Concord Counseling Services Mental Health Therapist - Monday, October 5, 2020

Position: Mental Health Therapist

Compensation: 38,000.00

Hours: 9-5pm

Description: Concord Counseling Services is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to perform mental health counseling with adults. Prior counseling experience and previous group work preferred; ability to work at least one evening per week.
Must have a Masters in Social Work and Independent License (LISW). Must also have expertise in DBT, both individual and group settings.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and computer literacy are essential. We offer an excellent work environment, flexible work schedules and comparable rates based on experience and licensure.

Provides counseling regarding insurance needs and product availability. Provides quotes, determines eligibility, and binds coverage after collecting all related underwriting data and information. Performs outbound calls and follow-up work as required to close the sale. Trained in writing business property, business liability, worker's comp, business auto, commercial umbrella insurance and bonds. Also, able to cross-sell and/or transition to personal lines sales.

Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities Service Coordinator - Monday, October 5, 2020

Position- Service Coordinator

Compensation- $21.34 per hour to $25.60 per hour

Hours- 8am - 4:30pm

Description- Provides Service Coordination services for individuals with developmental disabilities; identifies, refers, accesses and/or links eligible individuals with needed services (e.g., residential, medical, psychological, vocational, educational, financial, social and transportation); transports individuals in order to access services. Coordinates services among service providers and monitors individual service and Habilitation Plans to ensure a timely, comprehensive and unified plan of services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations; provides advocacy to assure individuals' rights and interests are preserved and maintained. Writes and prepares reports, correspondence, case notes and summaries, evaluations, individual service plans and other related materials; maintains current client files, records, etc. Attends and/or conducts a variety of meetings related to assigned clients; consults with service providers to improve or expand existing services; participates in public relations activities to promote support and public awareness of effective Service Coordination services. Provides emergency and protective services to assigned clients in need of prevention or elimination of conditions detrimental to their physical or emotional health; receives and reviews/investigates reports of abuse and neglect per state guidelines.

Description: Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, serves as the technical affirmative action compliance adviser and is a pivotal contributor to the campus EEO/Affirmative Action & Inclusion efforts. The position serves as a liaison and works closely and collaboratively with talent management colleagues, diversity officer, Human Resources, Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs, Office of Institutional Research, Compliance, and academic and administrative divisions on affirmative action compliance activities. The EEO & Inclusion Specialist supports campus diversity and inclusion efforts through provision of data and workforce composition graphics as requested and appropriate. The Specialist is responsible for producing and/or working with external consulting firms to produce federally mandated employee affirmative action plans and for monitoring and, when appropriate, implementing, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations and audit provisions. The position, upon request or direction, conducts or arranges for workforce data statistical analyses aimed at identifying and ultimately addressing areas of potential improvement. The role is responsible for leading and participating in EEO initiatives, including but not limited to outreach efforts to potential applicants who are underrepresented, veterans and those with disabilities. Serves as the technical, administrative support and lead for office fair hiring efforts including the search training efforts working collaboratively with those responsible for training content and delivery. Hartzell Hardwoods Lumber Stacker - Monday, September 28, 2020

Position: Lumber Stacker

Compensation: 14+

Hours: 6am - 2:30pm, overtime as needed

Description: Some English preferred, fluent English not required. The lumber stacker piles down and/or packages lumber for shipment. Stacks lumber at the pull chain according to specie, grade and length by reading markings on board. Works at fast pace. Assists in banding operations as needed. Works well in a team environment. Ability to follow quality standards at all times. Will train in various position throughout the machines and will be rotated as need
